In this elegantly decorated restaurant smart
att tire is recommended. Smart casual might not be welcomed. Amongst the delicacies that Tugra offers one of the most popular ones is Shish kebab marinated with yoghurt and tomatoe paste.

Fresh mackerel "pilaki" with cinnamon, mastic and lemon
Grilled and marinated octopus and shrimp salad with sliced green peppers, capers, olives and pickled cucumber
Circassain chicken, salad and herb bouquet with walnut oil dressing
Anatolian grilled vegetable salad spiced tomato relish and garlic yoghurt
30 gr. Beluga caviar with blini or patato pancake

Aegean daily fresh fish and shellfish stew serverd with saffron dill pilaf
Fillet of sea bass cooked in paper pocket with onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and fennel
Onion tomato stuffed bluefish wrapped in vine leaves with cinnamon pea pilaf, walnut brown butter

POULTRY DISHES
Baked breast of chicken stuffed with pistachios and oriental rice on sauteed spinach leaves
Yoghurt marined chicken breast skewer with aubergine and pinenut rice
Air dried beef wrapped leg of duck stuffed with grilled vegetables on white bean stew

BEEF DISHES
Ladies thigh meatballs, patato pure e and cumin sauteed green beans
Beef "Tas Kebab" with eggplant puree and mushroom pilaf
Emince of beef wrapped "en papillote"with baked tomato, pinenuts, eggplant, mushrooms, green beans and black olives
Spiced beef and lamb skewer - "Adana kebab"

LAMB DISHES
