  CHARD SALAD
Ingredients
  500 gr. chard
  1/2 glass olive oil
  1 or 2 lemons
  salt to taste



  



Preparation :
Celeans and wash the chard. Boild chard in a little water. Empty the chard into a strainer and rinse in cold water. Pour the olive oil and lemon juice onto the chard and mix. Add salt. Place salad in a serving bowl.
