There are two options:
1. If you are abroad we can sent a PTA and you can take your ticket any agency that we will inform you.

2. İf you residence in İstanbul, we can sent you tickets to your address.

We provide a unique travel reservation system that allows you to process all your travel arrangements online, therefore there is no need for you to send e-mail request as you can make your reservation at your convenience in real time.
